Pakistan will play its matches in Colombo due to an agreement between the BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India) and PCB (Pakistan Cricket Board) that India-Pakistan matches in ICC events hosted by either country from 2024-2027 will be played at neutral venues in the wake of recent military tensions between the two neighbouring countries.

The specific neutral venue for Pakistan’s matches in the main tournament has not yet been officially announced, but it will be outside of India.

The first semifinal will take place in either Guwahati or Colombo on October 29 depending on Pakistan’s qualification. The second semifinal is to be played the following day on October 30 in Bengaluru.
