Arsenal could wait until August before making a formal move to sign Real Madrid winger Rodrygo, according to Sport.
The Brazil international has had a solid 2024/25 campaign with Los Blancos. He has registered 25 goal contributions in all competitions so far.
Despite this, his future is uncertain under new manager Xabi Alonso, considering he has been an unused substitute in recent games.
Rodrygo is no longer a guaranteed starter for the La Liga giants and this could urge him to move on during the latter phase of the transfer window.
Arsenal are closely monitoring his situation after speaking with his camp, but they are planning to delay their pursuit until the start of August.
Rodrygo is presently valued in the region of €90 million, but the Gunners believe the price could be brought down over the coming weeks.
With Madrid actively looking to part ways with Rodrygo, the Gunners have the opportunity to land his signature for a reduced fee of €75m or less.
