The 22-year-old has been a revelation for the Villans this campaign and he has registered 14 goals and provided 13 assists across all competitions.
His form has caught the eye of top European clubs and Chelsea could have a chance of signing him if Villa don’t qualify for the Champions League.
The Midlands outfit may require a big-money sale to balance their books and Rogers could emerge as a potential candidate to head for the exit door.
Villa are unlikely to let him go on the cheap and could demand at least £60 million. The Blues have shown that they have the financial capacity to afford such a fee.
