ENG-W vs IND-W, 2nd T20I: India beats England by 24 runs to take 2-0 lead in series


The Indian women’s team took a 2-0 lead in the T20I series against England after beating the host by 24 runs on Tuesday at the County Ground in Bristol.

All-rounder Amanjot Kaur scored her maiden T20I half-century to help the Women in Blue post 181 in 20 overs before picking up a wicket to restrict England to 157.

England earlier won the toss and elected to bowl first, similar to the first match which the host lost by 97 runs, it’s largest defeat in the shortest format.
